Buhari addressed his certificate issue yesterday January 21st by 9am in Kano. He said he previously thought the military board had his certificate, but that the military board reported that they don't have the certificate. He therefore promised the men and women of the press that he would provide it after officially requesting it from his secondary school. The APC presidential candidate made this conference known through the Director of the APC's Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, beforehand.

In case you are new to the story, Buhari said his certificate was with the Military Board, but the Military released a statement saying they do not have his certificate. And Secondary School Certificate is required as minimum certificate by INEC, but it is reported that he presented just an affidavit which made people worry whether the APC candidate was eligible.
