Nigeria: Senate might invite Buhari to explain Petrol Scarcity
Barely a week after passing portfolio to the ministers and assuming the office of the petroleum minister himself, the Nigerian president is facing what might as well be the worst time of his tenure for the year 2015. President Muhammadu Buhari whom according to campaign promises was supposed to bring down the price of petroleum instead is in the office and the price is going the other way due to scarcity. And that's why the senators want to summon him to explain this, since he made himself the petroleum minister

Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, a PDP senator representing Abia South in the senate today asked that the House summon President Buhari who doubles as the Minister of Petroleum resources to come and explain why there's fuel scarcity in the country right now.

Abaribe said that since Buhari is the Minister in charge of Nigeria's Petroleum resources, he should be made to answer all questions bothering on that sector.
