Trump Looses Again As Appeal Court Rules Muslims Can Enter America

A U.S. District Judge James Robart in Seattle, last week issued a temporary restraining order halting the ban after the two states sued the Trump’s administration over the executive order.

US Justice Department lawyers who appealed the case to the 9th Circuit argued that the president has the constitutional power to restrict entry to the United States but in counter argument, the states said Trump's travel ban has an harmful effect on individuals, businesses and universities.

They cited the president’s campaign promise of stopping Muslims from entering the United States.

They argued further that the ban unconstitutionally blocked entry to people based on religion.

However, following the ruling, Trump tweeted: "See you in court, the security of our nation is at stake!"
