How SoftAlliance's Partnership with the Government Is Revolutionizing Workplace Tech

The Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation has teamed with the technology company SoftAlliance to strengthen their partnership and offer technological solutions to the government workforce.
During Tuesday's courtesy visit to Esther Didi Walson-Jack, the head of the federation's civil service at the Federal Secretariat in Abuja, the corporation made the pledge.
The company will continue to provide effective digital solutions, according to SoftAlliance chairman Tunde Badejo, who also pledged to keep using technology to enhance public sector efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.

"We are also dedicated to implementing top-notch solutions that will help the government tackle some of the current problems, like the overworked workforce and other IT deficiencies," Badejo stated.
The federal government has relied on SoftAlliance as a reliable technology partner for the implementation of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS), its in-house HR and payroll solution, and the successful deployment of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) and infrastructure.

The Nigeria Police Force, military, paramilitary agencies, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) currently manage payroll through SoftSuite, which was implemented in 2018 to lessen the foreign exchange burden on the FG. Other key states in Nigeria that use the solution include Ekiti, Oyo, Bayelsa, Lagos, and Niger State.
