The Russian Aircraft with Arms belongs to France

The Nigerian Military detained an aircraft in Nigeria because it carried heavy arms and ammunitions in it. But this aircraft was said to have belonged to Russia until it was recently claimed by France. France claims it was destined for Chad before bad weather made them divert for safety.
