A Policeman jumped into a car and got his hand chopped off

A Policeman trying to stop a driver, and maybe arrest him, met his worst fate. The driver angrily sped off and hit an electric pole. The driver died instantly while the policeman's hand was on the ground, gushing out blood. The picture of the hand is so graphic and I can't show it here. This happened in Nigeria on Saturday July 4th opposite Forte Oil feeling station close to the MMA2, Lagos.
