Vice Admiral (rtd.) Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas, the only administrator of Rivers State, has called suspended Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Dr. Ngozi Ordu, to come before him at Government House in Port Harcourt.

The Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Ibibia Lucky Worika, signed a special notice on Tuesday that included this information.
